Happy New Year. First, I sincerely thank everyone on the ground who ensured safe and reliable operations during the holidays.
This year marks the start of our "KAITEKI Vision 35" and "New Medium-Term Management Plan 2029." To hit our targets for the first year of this plan, with safety and compliance as our top priorities, I encourage all of you to put "connect" into action. We have diverse technologies, talents, and accumulated knowledge. By "connecting" them, I am confident that we can realize the "New Medium-Term Management Plan 2029."
Additionally, a major project, the enterprise resource planning (ERP) will go live this April in Japan. Thanks to the efforts of many of you, the launch of the project last year went smoothly in the U.S., China, and Europe. I know those on the ground are working under significant pressure. But I ask you to come together and do your best to ensure the successful launch of the project in April.
In closing, I wish you continued success, good health, and happiness for you and your family.
